  Administration:

Mix 6g (1 teaspoon) powder with 50-100 ml of water or any other favorite beverage (water or juice) in a shaker. If mixing Zinobiotic with LeanShake or a smoothie, add an extra amount of liquid to taste. The product can be used 1-2 times a day depending on your needs. It is strongly recommended to supplement the fluid when consuming dietary fiber. Water prevents constipation.
